19th Anniversary
Celebrating 19 years of success, VTA International Realty Corporation hosted a vibrant event at the Hotel Supreme Diamond Hall last July 5, 2024. The celebration included a festive party with food, music, and dancing for all agents and clients. Additionally, clients who purchased lots on that day enjoyed a special 15% discount.
CLEAN UP DRIVE
VTA Heavens Garden Staffs participated in the clean-up drive led by the DILG. Also with the participation of the Barangay of Loakan, the Philippine Air Force, and the Philippine National Police.
GOLF FOR A CAUSE
VTA shall spear head its corporate social responsibility to the next level of giving and sharing the blessings that we continue to receive thru its VTA Foundation, Inc. A fun golf for a cause for our “SAGOT KO PAMASAHE MO” program. An initiative to provide daily fares for a whole school year for well deserving college students that are in need due to lack of resources for their transportation to and from home and school. A portion of the proceeds will also be given to provide assistance to local farmers of Baguio City for their fertilizers and herbicidal needs.
FEEDING PROGRAM
Child development feeding program at Barangay Pacdal, VTA Heaven's Garden take part in helping 126 students who were individually given school supplies and food along with their parents.

HOUSING SUMMIT
The Housing Summit 2022 was launched last Oct. 18, 2022 at the Newtown Plaza Event Center in line with the celebration of the National Shelter Month. Housing developers, builders and realtors joined the activities highlighted by an exhibit featuring projects, products and programs related to housing and realty business for those interested to purchase or improve their real properties.
